The Junior Associates carry out accounting, tax, and legal activities in support of businesses, with particular focus on the third sector. They manage the accounting of various companies, providing specialized consulting to non-profit organizations. They provide assistance in matters of direct and indirect taxation, drafting documents and legal opinions. They collaborate in statutory audits, reviewing control procedures and preparing financial statement reports. In addition, they handle communications with the Tax Registry and operate in the fields of civil and commercial law.

An experienced accountant, she manages bookkeeping for various types of companies, gaining specific expertise in the field of cooperatives, with particular focus on the social sector. She is, in fact, specialized in consulting for organizations operating within the third sector.
Junior AssociateAndrea Santini
He assists the Firm’s partners in statutory audit activities, including the review of internal control procedures, periodic checks, the preparation of quarterly reports, and audit reports on interim and annual financial statements. She also handles communications with the Tax Registry for financial companies.
Junior AssociateCristiano Paolucci
Supports partners in the preparation of statutory financial statements, including tax calculations, in accounting and tax due diligence activities, as well as in drafting queries, documents, and legal opinions.

Reporting directly to the Partners, she independently organizes and oversees the tools and services necessary to support the Firm’s operations, plans activities, validates suppliers, and ensures optimal working conditions for all team members in a well-functioning environment.
